How We Got Started 

Prairie Home Builders was founded in 1989 by the Champoux brothers. They decided to combine their skilled knowledge in real estate, development, and framing contractor services. Through honest work and advanced skills, they became the leading homebuilder company in Lincoln, NE. Proudly, they serve the local area and create homes their clients love. From the beginning, the Champoux brothers have built homes that are beautiful, affordable, and an example of advanced craftsmanship. 

Today, Prairie Home Builders is a team built on the same high standards created by the Champoux brothers. We have built over 2000 homes in the Lincoln area. We own multiple different subdivisions in North and South Lincoln. From acreages to townhome subdivisions. All homes come with a 1 year warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.
